For PUO Salon, TYBB delivered a bold reimagining of the traditional salon experience, transforming a heritage tenancy within Melbourne’s Century Building into a high-gloss, fully immersive beauty destination.
Guests step into a curated world of cherry reds, bubblegum pinks and high-shine finishes, where every detail was carefully considered - from chain-draped lighting to lipstick-pink lounge seating and softly blushed walls. At the heart of the design sits the vivid red kitchen and colour lab, inspired by Danny Puopolo’s Nonna’s kitchen - a personal reference point that grounds the space in warmth, familiarity and story.
The salon unfolds across three distinct zones, each tailored to support both client experience and operational flow while maintaining a cohesive visual language.
The result is a space that is as functional as it is photogenic - immersive, polished and unmistakably TYBB.
