THANK YOU BABY (TYBB) is the full-service creative studio founded by Ty Hawkins (TY DESIGNS) and Ross Jenkins (BLOOM BOY) - two detail-obsessed creatives who joined forces to create magic, mayhem and major moments.
What began as a natural creative partnership has evolved into a dynamic multidisciplinary studio known for shaping immersive environments, spatial moments and visually striking experiences. United by a shared visual language and an instinct to challenge the conventional, Ty and Ross built TYBB to bridge the space between big-picture vision and meticulous execution.
Today, TYBB conceives lush environments, show-stopping installations and sensory-led experiences for clients including H&M, Crown Resorts and Piper-Heidsieck. The work is bold yet intentional, and always just the right amount of extra.

TY
Ty Hawkins is a Creative Director and co-founder of THANK YOU BABY, based in Melbourne/Naarm.
Following an early career as a professional contemporary dancer with companies including Chunky Move and Opera Australia, Ty brings a deeply embodied approach to spatial and visual design. He later retrained at NIDA, graduating with a Master of Design for Performance.
His work spans set, costume, AV, film, theatre, live experience and fashion, alongside art and creative direction for major brands including Sydney Theatre Company, Opera Australia, Malthouse Theatre, RUSSH and Louis Vuitton. His large-scale festival designs include Adelaide Fringe Festival (2020) and Melbourne Fringe Festival (2022).
At THANK YOU BABY, Ty leads creative development, spatial storytelling and experiential design.
BB
Ross Jenkins is a Creative Director and co-founder of THANK YOU BABY, based in Melbourne/Naarm.
Following an early career in fashion design and styling, with work showcased at London Fashion Week, Ross brings a strong fashion sensibility to contemporary floristry and spatial storytelling. He later retrained as a floral designer after relocating to Melbourne in 2012.
His work spans installation, photographic styling, set design and live experience, alongside floral and creative direction for major brands including Coach, Sass & Bide, Lululemon, Mushroom Group and RISING Festival. His large-scale exhibitions include Flowering NOW (2019) and the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show (2022).
At THANK YOU BABY, Ross leads floral direction, material storytelling and immersive styling.
