UBU - POP-UP VISUAL MERCHANDISING
For UBU’s pop-up, TYBB led window installation and visual merchandising, drawing directly from the brand’s signature materiality to create a playful, tactile retail experience.
Inspired by UBU’s fur hats and bag charms, the concept leaned fully into texture, amplifying softness and scale to create immediate visual impact. The window was anchored by a giant fur figure - an oversized interpretation of a brand icon - designed to capture attention and double as a photo moment.
Inside the store, the material language continued through fur-covered display tables, enhancing tactility and reinforcing the brand’s sensory identity. A custom chain installation introduced an interactive layer, allowing bag charms to be displayed, styled and reconfigured by customers.
