Welcome to the vibrant world of Thank You, Baby’s design for the Melbourne Fringe Festival 2023's festival hub!

The vision was to turn the loading dock of Trades Hall into an immersive playground that beckons adults to rediscover their inner child and embrace a rebellious spirit. Themed "Play Up," this project encouraged attendees to break free from conventions.

At the heart of the festival hub stood a scaled-up, interactive photo opportunity that resembled a gigantic playpen. Bursting with colourful toy-like shapes, this installation was not just a sight to behold but an invitation to engage and play.

The entire environment radiated a vibrant, playful energy. Imagine layers of vibrant hues, rebellious splashes of color, and intricate marks sprawling across surfaces. It was as though a mischievous child had been set loose, leaving their creative mark in a riot of colors and patterns.

The design didn't just create an environment; it crafted an experience—a celebration of creativity, freedom, and the pure joy of breaking free from the ordinary. Thank You Baby's playful rebellion became the heart and soul of the Melbourne Fringe Festival 2023, leaving attendees with unforgettable memories and a newfound sense of childlike wonder.
